"Probably the best customer service experience I've ever had! I went in looking for a new guitar for my rekindled romance with music, and Brian spent nearly an hour and a half with me, showing me different guitars (including his own collection), making phone calls to answer questions about one of the brands I wasn't familiar with, and most importantly, sharing all of his expertise about anything I asked. I left there with a very unique little guitar, knowing that anytime I need anything at all with that purchase, I have 100% support. His prices were less than what I would have gotten online and just knowing I'm supporting a local business at the same time was just a fantastic experience!"
